Leg day has once again returned very quickly. I was able to squeeze in some therapy with Dr. Mike yesterday. This always equals a great leg workout and pump.

Today Leg routine:

quads: leg extensions, warm up 2 sets, inverted leg press, hack squats, free bar squats, lunges, finish with extensions. 10 reps for each set, one warm up set, 3 working sets...8 reps for free bar squats.

hamstrings: lying leg curls, seated leg curls, one legged curls 10 reps, one warm up set, 3 working.

Cardio: before breakfast this am, 40minutes stairs/stationary bike

Diet:

Meal 1: egg whites, one whole egg, grits, black coffee

Meal 2: 10 oz ETG (Eat to Grow, www.eattogrow.com) ground turkey, 2 cups of basamati rice, salsa

Meal 3: 10oz ETG chicken breast, 12 oz sweet potato, guysbbq sauce

Meal 4: 10oz ETG ground turkey, 5 oz pasta, red sauce

Train

Pre train: nanovapor

Post train: mesotech complete Muscletech shake

Meal 5: 10 oz chicken breast, 2 cups rice

Meal 6: 10oz filet, broccoli

 

I am just getting warmed up with the diet program. We will be switching up soon!
