Arms today: biceps, triceps,forearms

biceps: barbell curls, alternating dumbbell curls, preacher curls

triceps: dips, triceps pushdowns with rope, tricep extension on cybex machine

forearms: barbell

wake time: 8am, 40 minutes of cardio alternated with 20 bike/20 eliptical before breakfast, my garage is definitely getting hotter now that the vegas heat is rising!!

Six meals on schedule for today:

meal 1: egg whites with lean steak, oatmeal, coffee

meal 2: 4 oz pasta with 10oz of ETG (www.eattogrow.com) ground turkey, with red sauce

meal 3: 10 oz of ETG chicken breast with original bbq sauce (www.guysbbq.com), with 2 cups basmati rice. The sugar free bbq is my savior this diet season!

meal 4: 10oz of ETG ground turkey with 12 oz of sweet potato, mild salsa for flavor

pre workout: Muscletechs Nanovapor

post workout: Muscletechs Nitrotech

Meal 5: 10oz of ETG chicken breast with 2 cups rice

Meal 6: 12 oz of lean lean ETG filet mignon (the leanest filet by far!!)

** I feel good...workouts have been great, great pumps...getting my meals in...feel on track!!
