The prep for the 2011 Mr. Olympia title #5 has begun!! I will be keeping my fans updated on Blueprints, throughout my diet prep!
Prior to heading to the gym tonight, I had 10 oz of chicken, grilled with 12 oz of sweet potatoes on the foreman grille. I had a tough session of quads and hamstrings at the gym....front squats, extensions, presses, lunges, stiff legged deadlifts, hamstring curl, lying hamstring curl. Great pump tonight. Post workout meal is 10oz of ground turkey with 4 oz of pasta. Meal #6 tonight, the last meal, will be 10oz of filet, no carbs. I am going to try to get a quick workout in, in the morning, before I head to NYC!
