Woke up leaner this am after cutting my sodium yesterday. I am feeling pretty good. Today I have a radio interview to help promote the Olympia weeks events and then later today, a short filming for Battle for the Olympia 2011.  Tonight will be chest training. Cardio is now a thing of the past :) I will have a couple more workouts, basically just to pump up, and then it is time for the show!!

 

meal one:10 oz Eat to Grow filet mignon (www.eattogrow.com, ETG), 1/4 avocado, 1/2  cup cream of rice

meal two: 10 oz ETG chicken breast on foreman grille, 1 cup white basmati rice

meal three: 12 oz ETG tilapia, 12 oz baked sweet potato, broccoli

meal four: 8 oz ETG tilapia, 1 cup white basmati rice

meal five: 10 oz ETG ground turkey, 12 oz red potato slices on foreman grille

meal six: 10 oz ETG filet mignon, 1/2 cup white rice

meal seven: Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series

 

 

Training:

CHEST

incline hammer press

flat dumbbell fly

flat dumbbell press

pec dec

pull overs

4 sets each, 10-12 reps

Schiek equipment: leather  weight belt, basic padded lifting straps (can find at www.jaycutler.com in my store under accessories!)
