It's finally the start of Sunday Football!!! Gotta love football season!! I will watch some of the games today in between my meals and training. It has been a nice change of weather here in Vegas...little cooler 80-90s with some thunderstorms, always a nice change of pace. I am really looking forward to this week....seeing all my fans that come out every year. We ordered a bunch of new colors in cutler athletics and swollen monkey which will be for sale at the meet the olympians....come and check them out!!
Diet:
meal one: 2 cups egg whites, 1 cup Quaker Oats, 1 splenda, one cup black coffee
meal two: 12 oz Eat to Grow tilapia (www.eattogrow.com, ETG) baked, 12 oz baked sweet potato
meal three: 12 oz ETG tilapia on foreman, 10oz baked red potato
meal four: 12 oz ETG ground turkey, 1 cup of white basmati rice
meal five: 10oz ETG tilapia, 1/2 cup rice
meal six: 12 oz ETG filet mignon on foreman, steamed veggies
